Learn the Basics of Welding! Whether you’re looking to work as a welding professional, could use some basic welding skills on the job or just want to try out some hands-on welding, this course will give you the tips and tools you’ll need to perform proper welding procedures.

Course Curriculum

Introduction to Welding Theory: Using electricity to weld.

Understanding Welding Materials: Steel, aluminum and more. Learn their properties, uses, and specific techniques for how to weld them.

Technique and Troubleshooting: Basics of stick welding.

Comprehensive Welding Safety Training: Best practices for working safely in a cooperative work space and for using welding gear and equipment

Final Project: “Bend test” your Welds! By the end of the class, you’ll be able to make a basic, clean weld.

All welding gear (jackets, gloves, helmets) and equipment provided.

Private and on-site classes can be arranged.
